12:00PM – Blue and Gold Banquet begins
What is a Blue and Gold Banquet? A Blue and Gold Cub Scout event is a pack celebration where young Cub Scouts transition through ranks and receive awards. Created to honor the founding date of Scouting, this event is typically held in February. It often includes food, fun, and a reaffirmation of Scouting values, bringing Cub Scouts and their families together in a memorable way. Blue stands for truth and spirituality, steadfast loyalty, the sky above. Gold stands for warm sunlight, good cheer, and happiness.
